The Hillside can accommodate events up to 350 guests and includes the use of our 5,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom for an indoor reception with exceptional views of our grounds and the San Antonio cityscape. Rental includes tables, chivari chairs, floor length white linens, china, crystal, and silverware. Our 2,800 sq. ft. covered wrap around porch makes a great cocktail or pre-function area. Adjacent to the ballroom is our Hillside Pavilion, an open-air facility with, ceiling fans so your guests are comfortable in any weather. We even offer a bridal suite for our brides and bridal party to get dressed.

      

Gardenside events include the use of the beautiful Arbor for a memorable outdoor ceremony, and the elegant Marquee Ballroom for receptions up to 300 guests. The 1,800 sq. ft. Garden Pavilion is also included in the package for use as a registration and hors d’oeuvres location, or as an optional reception area for smaller receptions of 100 guests, or for an alternate ceremony site in case of inclement weather. The Gardenside bridal suite offered for brides bridal party to get dressed.
