The Hillside can accommodate events up to 350 guests
and includes the use of our 5,000 sq. ft. Grand
Ballroom for an indoor reception with exceptional
views of our grounds and the San Antonio cityscape.
Rental includes tables, chivari chairs, floor length
white linens, china, crystal, and silver. Our 2,800
sq. ft. covered wrap around porch makes a great
cocktail or pre-function area. Adjacent to the
ballroom is our Hilltop Pavilion, an open-air
facility with drop-down tent walls, ceiling fans and
optional heating and cooling units so your guests
are comfortable in any weather. The Hilltop Dressing
Room is included for use by brides or your VIPs. |

Gardenside events include the use of the beautiful Arbor for a memorable
outdoor ceremony, and the elegant Marquee building for receptions up to 290
guests. The 1,800 sq. ft. Garden Pavilion is also included in the package
for use as a registration and hors d’oeuvres location, or as an optional
reception area for smaller receptions of 100 guests, or for an alternate
ceremony site in case of inclement weather. The Gardenside dressing room is
included for use by brides and special guests. Rental includes tables,
chairs, white linen with the option of china, crystal, and silver.
